Submission of proposals
Abstracts should be submitted via the online submission system – Sciencesconf.org. Abstracts should be uploaded via the registration form in MS Word document format, using the standard abstract template (frame). All abstracts should be submitted anonymously (e.g. remove all author names and affiliations below the title, remove author information from the document metadata, etc.). In addition to the anonymous abstract, additional information about the author(s) should be submitted.
The deadline for submitting abstracts for all types of contributions is April 1, 2023.
All proposals will go through the peer review process and authors will be notified of their acceptance by April 7, 2023.
All proposals will undergo a double-blind peer review process. Abstracts that do not meet the reviewers’ requirements will not be accepted.
Authors should upload the latest versions of accepted abstracts via the online submission system by April 15, 2023, to be included in the Book of Abstracts.
When writing abstracts, please follow the Conference author guidelines. Abstracts submitted by e-mail will not be accepted. For all submissions, at least one author must be registered and present at the conference. The conference language is Croatian and English.
Author guidelines
The abstract should be uploaded as a file in MS Word format and written using the Conference template.
Abstracts must include the following elements:
- Title (in Croatian and English)
- Abstract (in Croatian)
- Keywords (in Croatian and English).
All abstracts should be submitted anonymously (e.g., remove all author names and affiliations below the title, remove author information from the document metadata, etc.). In addition to the anonymous abstract, additional information about the author(s) should be submitted as follows:
– author’s name and affiliation (mandatory)
– e-mail address
– biography of the author (up to 700 characters)
– abstract
– key words in Croatian and English language
