The event will host a distinguished group of scholars and professionals who will share insights through presentations, workshops, and roundtable discussions. Their contributions will highlight the latest developments in library and information science, centered around this year’s theme: “Synergy and Growth: Libraries – Equal, Yet Different.”

Previously unpublished papers or e-poster presentations in Croatian or English are welcome. Authors are kindly requested to complete the Croatian Library Association’s consent form for publication and send it to hkd@hkdrustvo.hr

ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation for participants at special rates is available at Hotel Excelsior 4* for the period 1–3 December. Participants are responsible for booking their accommodation individually using the promo code “HKD25” on the website www.liburnia.hr. After selecting the room type and dates, enter the promo code “HKD25” or simply use the direct booking link below (no promo code entry required):

For guests wishing to pay in advance via proforma invoice, please make your booking independently using the promo code “HKD25” or the booking link, and select “proforma invoice” as the payment method in the final step.
A proforma invoice can be requested up to 10 days before arrival; after this deadline, the reservation will be considered cancelled if unpaid.
If an e-invoice is required please enter the note “E-invoice required” in the reservation comment field and include the purchase order number.
The purchase order must be submitted at check-in as the payment method.
No post-check-in corrections to e-invoices will be possible, so please carefully review the General Terms and Conditions during the booking process.
